Excitement is building at ParkVue at Livingston, New Jersey’s newest luxury rental community. The principals of Squiretown Properties were recently joined by Livingston Mayor Michael M. Silverman and township officials to celebrate the groundbreaking for ParkVue at Livingston, a 220-unit luxury rental apartment community. The opening is slated for the fall of 2016, according to Sam Gershwin, senior vice president of the Roseland-based Squiretown Properties.
