Accommodating service, modern amenities, space and convenience drove Todd Kosik’s choice

LIVINGSTON, N.J. – When Todd Kosik was looking for a fresh start, he had his heart set on living in one of New Jersey’s most sought-after luxury rental address, ParkVue at Livingston. With no available units at that time, he had to settle for an apartment in Roseland. Fortunately, the following year, a 2-bedroom corner unit, the Burnet, in ParkVue’s Building 4000 became available. Todd jumped at the chance to move. For him, it was all about finding a home rather than a run-of-the-mill apartment.

“The apartment in Roseland was old and run down,” said Todd. “At ParkVue, everything in and out of the apartment is so modern.”

Todd immediately signed the lease (sight unseen) and hasn’t had one regret. “It has everything you could want in an apartment,” said Kosik. “It has an open layout, lots of natural light, and everything is modern and new.”

This 1,257-square-foot residence comes complete with a chef-inspired kitchen, extra cabinet space, stainless-steel appliances, hardwood floors, 9-foot high ceilings, walk-in closets and a private balcony. For Todd, a divorced father of two, a spacious second bedroom has become a necessity when his sons stay over. “The layout is great. The bedrooms are far apart, the bathrooms are large, and the ceilings are high,” he added.

Todd moved to Livingston in the early 2000s to start a family and immediately fell in love with the area. He now spends most of his time there, since like much of the workforce, Todd finds himself working remotely. For him, a spacious ParkVue home in the heart of Livingston represents the best of both worlds. He also loves the fact that the apartment offers spacious storage units. “It’s very convenient when you have a lot of stuff and want to avoid clutter,” he said.

Aside from the conveniences and comforts, Todd has been impressed by the residents in the ParkVue.

“ParkVue is a very diverse, welcoming community,” he explained. “From young families to older retirees, everyone has been very friendly and accommodating.”

The high-end conveniences are also what drew Todd to ParkVue, which includes a clubhouse, an advanced fitness center, basketball courts and even sanitizing stations throughout the area. ParkVue also incorporates communication in a way that other places lacked. For packages, you’re instantly alerted with a text so you can pick it right up at the clubhouse. The management is constantly in touch with residents, letting them know about community events, parties and even emergency alerts.

“Honestly, ParkVue has been perfect for my current life situation,” Todd added. “It really is easy living.”
